Genomic Testing Cooperative
GTC offers advanced genomic profiling of DNA/RNA for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies globally. We offer a fast TAT of 5-10 days and a QNS rate of <1%. Testing is performed on FFPE, peripheral blood or bone marrow. Our Co-Op model allows us to partner with laboratories, hospitals, oncology practices and medical professionals to share resources which create efficiencies in cost, TAT and quality. GTC’s testing is covered by Medicare, most insurances and is NY state approved. Our RNA sequencing includes fusion detection, gene expression alternative splicing and prediction.
