AMSACon 2021 is AMSA's 71st Annual Convention & Exposition. The fAMSA Exchange is the name of the AMSACon 2021 interactive virtual exhibit hall.

Check out AMSA's Convention website at amsaconvention.org and click on the Exhibit/Sponsor tab for more information on participating as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.

For assistance during AMSACon March 6-8, please contact Sandy Fridy at sfridy@amsa.org. If you need immediate assistance, call her at (703) 665-4811 and leave a voice mail or CLICK HERE to schedule a meeting time 10:00am - 6:00pm ET.

The features, benefits and pricing of each booth package can be found in the Opportunities section of the virtual platform. For a side-by-side comparision table, click here to access and download the Opportunities Features Flyer from the AMSACon 2021 website.

Page 1 includes a features and benefits comparision table for the booth packages and page 2 includes the booth package pricing. Also for convenience, pages 3 and 4 include descriptions, specifications and requirements for the digital ad space and sponsorships.

You have total control of what goes in your booth and when.

Content can be added/uploaded to your booth and revised at any time. However, for maximum exposure, the sooner content is added and your booth is embellished with Networking Excursions, Discoveries, Giveaways/Promotions and videos, the sooner attendees will see what you have to offer.

To add/revise content, select "Exhibitor Service Center" from the Exhibitor tab and log in with your password. Then select the appropriate tile to add/revise your booth content.

If you need your password, it can be retrieved from the log in page. If you need additional help and would like to schedule a time to meet with Sandy Fridy, please click here for her calendar scheduling link.

Since the AMSACon 2021 interactive exhibit hall - the fAMSA Exchange - is totally virtual, attendees are able to visit your booth and view its content as well as send emails and request appointments 24/7.

What are Networking Excursions?

Networking Excursions are scheduled activities hosted and facilitated by your company March 6-8, 2021, for attendees to meet your experts online “face-to-face” and receive subject matter consultation and information. When students enter your booth, you will not be notified or "see" the students come into your booth unless they enter a Networking Excursion. For you to have a face-to-face experience with the students who enter your booth, a Networking Excursion(s) must be created for your booth.

When a Networking Excursion is added to your booth, the Excursion icon will appear next to your company name in the Exhibitor List. There is also an Networking Excursions Gallery for attendees to see all of the exhibitors who will be "live" in their booths.

To see an example, visit the Interactive Floorplan and click on AMSA's booth #54.

Networking Excursions Schedule

As attendees map out their journey through the fAMSA Exchange, they will be looking for ways to network with you, receive your expert consultation and discover the resources just for them. On Saturday, March 6 through Monday, March 8, we are suggesting specific times for your team to be present in your booth for attendees to enter your Networking Excursions, which are fueled by your organization’s conferencing tool, such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, GoToMeetings, Skype, etc. Please remember that all AMSACon events are taking place in Eastern Time.

For the best participation, consider staffing your booth and holding your Networking Excursions during the following times:

Saturday, March 6, 1:00pm - 5:00pm ET
Sunday, March 7, 1:00pm - 4:30pm ET
Monday, March 8, 1:00pm - 4:00pm ET

What type of excursion should I host?

You can hold any activity as an excursion and use any video conference platform. Just include the meeting invite link in the description of the Networking Excursion. Some excursion ideas include:

  • Meet and greet with your famous authors, renowned faculty and subject experts
  • Speed networking sessions
  • Product demonstrations
  • Focus groups
  • Fun interactive games

How can I promote my Networking Excursions?

The Convention attendee list will be available through AMSA's official list manager INFOCUS Marketing in February. To order the official Convention attendee list, there will be an order form linked to this webpage. Exhibitors should be cautious of any unauthorized entity claiming to have the AMSA Convention registration list. Only AMSA and AMSA's official list provider INFOCUS Marketing have the official AMSA Convention registration list. Orders to rent the official AMSACon 2021 registration list for pre- and post-event email marketing will be fulfilled only by INFOCUS Marketing and on a first-come, first-served basis. All orders are subject to AMSA's approval, and AMSA reserves the right to reject any order and limit the number of emails deployed to Convention registrants.

When should I promote my Networking Excursions?

Now! The sooner your excursions are included in your booth, the sooner attendees can make plans to participate.

Discoveries in your booth can be press releases, brochures, fliers, descriptions of products, services and programs - in other words, just about anything for attendees to discover about what you have to offer them. Website URLs can also be added to the Discoveries description field in the form to give attendees a path to find out more.

When a Discovery is added to your booth, the Discoveries icon will appear next to your company name in the Exhibitor List. There is also a Discoveries Gallery for attendees to see all of the exhibitors who have included Discoveries in their booths.

To see an example, visit the Interactive Floorplan and click on AMSA's booth #54.

This is where you can upload pictures and enter descriptions of the giveaways and promotions you will be showcasing in the fAMSA Exchange at AMSACon 2021.

When a Giveaway/Promotion is added to your booth, the Giveaway icon will appear next to your company name in the Exhibitor List. There is also a Giveaways Gallery for attendees to see all of the exhibitors who are offering giveaways and promotions.

To see an example, visit the Interactive Floorplan and click on AMSA's booth #54.

When Convention attendees visit your booth or add your organization to their "My Exhibitor" list, their name will appear in the "Leads" section of your Exhibitor Service Center and you'll be able to send these attendees emails through the platform.

The "Leads" section in your Exhibitor Service Center will be activated soon. You'll know when its activated when you are able to click on the "Leads" section. Our plan is have this ready in early February.

If you want an email message sent to all Convention attendees, the Convention attendee list will be available through AMSA's official list manager INFOCUS Marketing in February. However, if your exhibiting personnel would like to attend the AMSACon 2021 sessions outside of the fAMSA Exchange, AMSA offers the following number of complimentary full Convention registrations until Feb. 6, 2021:
