Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense Evidence-Based Practice Program develops evidence based clinical practice guidelines and disseminates evidence-based standards into the delivery process to improve Service-Members and Veterans care by reducing overuse, misuse, and underuse of evidence-based practice, and systematizing best known clinical practices.
