Applications may be submitted by all prospective exhibitors.
Applications received from prospective first-time exhibitors are subject to review. 
The review takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on the type
of product, service, or program to be displayed/promoted.

After July 19, 2024
Requests for APA 2024 exhibit space received from previous year exhibitors or prospective first-time exhibitors will be considered
on a case-by-case basis, pending space availability and/or the degree of application review necessary for acceptance.
