Exhibit Space Application Schedule

12:00 p.m. ET, January 29, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. ET, February 5, 2025
Priority Period for APA 2024 exhibitors.

February 6, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. ET, July 18, 2025
Applications may be submitted by all prospective exhibitors.
Applications received from prospective first-time exhibitors are subject to review. 
The review takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on the type
of product, service, or program to be displayed/promoted.

After 5:00 p.m. ET,  July 18, 2025
Requests for APA 2025 exhibit space received from previous year exhibitors or prospective first-time exhibitors will be considered on a case-by-case basis, 
 depending on booth space availability and/or the degree of application review that is necessary for acceptance.
