Henry L. Greenidge is an attorney and policy advisor who has focused on infrastructure related issues such as transportation, energy, and broadband. Henry currently leads public affairs and community engagement on the East Coast for GM Cruise (Cruise). Cruise is a General Motors majority-owned technology company focused on developing self-driving cars to launch a 100% electric driverless rideshare service.
Previously, Henry worked for the City of New York where he served as Assistant Director of External Affairs in the NYC Mayor’s Office, and the Director of Special Projects in at the New York City Department of Transportation. During the Obama Administration, Henry held positions at the Federal Communications Commission, the United States Department of Transportation, and the White House Office of Management & Budget. Henry has been recognized by NYU as an Emerging Leader in Transportation, by City & State Magazine as a 40 Under 40 Rising Star, and by the Urban League as a 2017 Trailblazer. Henry holds a JD from the University of Baltimore, and a BA in Communications from Hampton University.
