A smart mobility pioneer, Kelley is known for her ability to plan for and integrate disruptive technologies and her planning and policy expertise in automated vehicle (AV) deployment. As mobility innovation leader, she establishes the partnerships and products needed to launch new smart mobility strategies, programs, and deployments.
Kelley’s technical and policy expertise has been honed and applied through her work at MIT, Harvard, the Coast Guard Academy, the National Academy of Sciences, CityTech, and the Volpe Transportation Center. She also served as the Senate-confirmed CEO for Research and Special Program Administration at the United States Department of Transportation, and she recently led her own business, Mobility e3. Kelley was also a member of the 2008 presidential transition team.
