With standard-design operating pressures up to 232 PSIG and pressures to 5,000 PSIG possible with a booster compressor, nano GEN2 i4.0 nitrogen gas generators provide a variety of flow rates and purities from 95 to 99.999 percent.

Payback with the nano nitrogen gas generator is typically six to 24 months. The compact system can be installed quickly and requires only a properly pretreated compressed air system to start production. An in-house nitrogen generator helps users fulfill their demand for nitrogen gas on their premises, completely under their control. As a result, companies can generate as much or as little nitrogen as needed without needing to have the gas delivered by an external supplier.
