  • Gripper:
    the griper special designed for the workpiece, which links to the robot 6 axis by the flange and cylinder. The gripper holds the
    workpiece from its neck, moves from the loading table to grinding machine and put back. 
    Grinding machine:
    grinding/sander machine can be hanged with1-4 abrasives and equipped some special devices to do trimming/rotary/ wirebrush.
    -Force control system: the sander machine with force control system can protect product from hurt by overload force.
    -Expansive–tight system: the abrasive expensive and tight device can easily change the belt in a short time.
    -Belt rectifying system: the system can keep the abrasive in a stable situation and protect the belt from disorder shifting.
    -The adjustable wheel structure: the required drive wheel,guide wheel and bracket arm length can be changed accordingly to
    meet actual needs.
    -The compensation system: the automatic compensation system controlled by the PLC which can meet the difference between
    the new and old abrasive.
    - Soap mechanism: can reduce the abrasive belt sticky sand,heat and other problems for polishing some aluminum part.
    Polishing Machine:
    two processes with sisal wheel and cloth wheel, with automatic waxen device drove by server motor. The compensation system can meet the difference of the new wheel and the used wheel.
    Loading station:
    - The rotary loading station can hold 10-20 products at a time.
    - When robot finish grinding one product, it puts back to the Conveyer and grip the next one.
    - When one plate is finished, the station will automatically spin accurately and the robot start the next row.
