    • Hydraulic system is easy to maintain and powered by the motor and pump set. Moving bolsters with Q.D.C.S (Quick Die Change System) to make the heavy die change easier and faster. Fast pressing speed is between 30 and 150 mm/s controlled by the accumulator and high approaching speed of 800 mm/s or faster and return of 600 mm/s or faster. With function of cushion system to knock out the parts. All speeds and strokes including the slide and cushion systems can be adjustable. The repeatability of the slide is within ±0.05mm. The DEES self-developed HD-FASTech technology completely solved deep-drawing’s low efficiency, greatly improving production efficiency.
