Productivity is increased with rolling speeds of up to 10m/min (32.8 ft/min), an increase of nearly 100% compared to other plate rolls available. A high efficiency electric design reduces energy consumption costs by up to 35%. Operator ergonomics are improved with a nearly 15-dB reduction in noise levels, and lower vibration. Other features include an integrated heavy duty drop-end, enhanced braking torque, and durable screw pumps.
