Making connections and uplifting underserved minorities within the outdoor industry. From athletes to industry leaders or film makers, we aim to make our industry a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
One way we do this is by offering opportunities to individuals through the various grants i.e.,: Leadership Grant, Gym to Crag Grant, Adventure Outside Grant and Competition Climbing Grant. We also partner with organizations such as Brown Girls Climb, adidas Outdoor, Clif Bar and Evolv for specialized grants.
