Legally Defensible Behavior Management Plans Within One Hour
Behavior management is becoming more complex by the day. Insights To Behavior is a new way to create Legally-Defensible Behavior Plans complete with age-appropriate strategies that are research-based in less than an hour.
Our program consists of four components:
1) Behavior Management System - Our behavior management tool allows educators to quickly and easily determine the function of a student’s behavior in order to implement ABA-based strategies. The program has a quick ABC data collection tool and a mini-functional behavior screener. After the mini-FBA, the system recommends strategies (from a pool of hundreds) that would be appropriate based on the student's age and functional behavior to implement. After the strategies are implemented, data capture and reporting tools allow teams to generate individual student progress reports and graph the frequency of challenging behaviors over time.
2) Professional Development - Online/On-Demand Training: We offer 58+ hours of quality material to assist educators in understanding and managing challenging behaviors.
3) Resources - Insights gives teachers the tools and examples to be successful in the classroom. This includes eight developmental areas with leveled learning objectives and activities.
4) Fidelity Check- Insights allows for efficient and effective review of the fidelity of many components in Behavior Intervention Plans and communicate to team members.
