Each year at the CEC Convention & Expo, thousands of special education professionals from around the world come together to learn, share, grow, and connect. With hundreds of sessions on just about every topic in the field, the CEC Convention & Expo is THE professional development event for special educators to find research, tips, and strategies they can actually apply to supporting students with disabilities and/or gifts and talents.

In 2020, there were nearly 4,500 attendees at the Oregon Convention Center, Portland, OR. This was our last in-person meeting before the COVID-19 pandemic. We hosted a very successful in-person convention in January, 2022 at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, FL with over 2,300 in-person attendees and an additional 1,700 virtual participants allowing us to reach over 4,000 individuals. We expect to see over 4,000 IN-PERSON attendees in Louisville, KY March 1-4, 2023, which include administrators, educators, paraeducators, and students. 

To help attract the maximum number of attendees to your booth, the Exhibit Hall will include our popular Technology Playground, Expo Showcase sessions, and Poster presentations all located within the Hall, and show hours include a welcome networking reception, light breakfasts, and both morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.  This is your once-a-year opportunity to demonstrate your brand’s relevance to thousands who support the special education community in one convenient location!
