Voyage Foods is a company of inventors, problem-solvers, and scientists on a journey to make things people actually want to eat. To be specific, we’re a food company using sustainable ingredients and thoughtful food science to replicate our favorite foods – think peanut butter, coffee, and chocolate – in ways that make them more affordable, less harmful, and really, truly just as delicious. We’re explorers at heart, on a mission to save our favorite foods. Because the future might look different, but we sure hope it tastes the same. Voyage Foods is recreating your favorite foods to be just as delicious – but way less problematic. Many of the foods we love – think peanut butter, coffee and chocolate – face uncertain futures due to a range of health, environmental and social reasons, and it will soon become harder to safely, economically and responsibly enjoy them. We start by mapping the molecular structures of our favorite flavors. From there, we source sustainable, often upcycled ingredients and use those to recreate the same experience.
