Cusano's Bakery, Our History: we are a five generation family owned frozen bread bakery. After arriving from Sicily, Italy, we began baking in New York City in 1907. We also began baking in South Florida in 1966, where today all our production is located. Three passionate brothers operate Cusano's with outstanding people dedicated to providing excellent products & service.
Cusano's facilty is a state of the art 260,000 sq. ft. building with various baking systems to be able to produce great tasting quality products. Our 100+ bread products are Naturally Fermented, which provides magnificent interior moist structure, beautiful appearance & an ability to perform with excellence in any food service or retail setting. We are SQF Certified with Excellent Ratings and maintain 99%+ order fill rates. We have custom baking capabilities.
Philosophy: simple, produce & maintain the highest quality standards in baking. We achieve this by using first in class superb ingredients, purified water & no hydrogenated fats/oils, artificial flavors or colors. Our bread recipes are sophisticated & individual to each bread product.
