Sable Knives are Custom Made from Scratch, using time perfected
technics & the best possible materials to create perfection.
We have been making knives since the early 1980s, and we
are particularly passionate about hunting and bowie knives.
We forge our own Damascus (for Damascus Knives) and in this process we have developed some unique Damascus patterns of our own.
We also use various types of Stainless steel and
Carbon steel for 440c, 390, 5160, 1095, 1075, 12c27, ATS34 to name a few.
