Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils
Our products are locally grown and produced in the Hudson Valley NY area. We produce cold pressed sunflower oil and gluten free sunflower flour. We cold press our oil, preserving the integrity and health benefits of the oil. Our oil has a smoke point of 387 degrees which can be used in most cooking methods. It is heart healthy with high vitamin E, Omega 9, and monounsaturated fats. After we press oil , we use the remaining meal to mill an all-natural, gluten-free flour. The flour has a 32% protein content, great for baking. Our flour and oil are certified Non-GMO, Kosher and Gluten-Free. Additional products include Truffle Sunflower Oil, GF Brownie Mix, GF Oatmeal Cookie Mix, GF Muffin Mix, and GF Pancake Mix.
