My environmentally friendly soap removes 99% of all the carbon and 100% of the grease from your kitchen/baking equipment. The self insulated water tank is plugged into a regular power outlet and heats until it reaches 180 degrees. It will stay there. Your equipment is dropped into the basket and the process begins. It usually takes no more than one night to clean a baking tray, just a few hours to clean HOOD FILTERS, meat spits, utensils and cutting boards. My tank will take every PC of equipment in your kitchen including, grill tops, pots and pans and baking trays, (up to 60 at a time)
