The Hinman Meeting is sponsored by the Hinman Dental Society, a non-profit organization.

All excess revenue is invested and then gifted in the form of scholarships to individuals and institutions that foster dental education.

To get started with the 2022 Meeting, login to complete a booth space applicaiton.

Next is your handy checklist of to-do's once you have been assigned. All these items can be done within the Exhibitor Portal:

1. Click My Account to pay your 50% deposit due at assignment.
2. Click Exhibitor Service Center to:
   1. Update your company information, description, and pick your catagories for the Hinman website exhibitor search, mobile app and printed on-site guide. 
   2. Make your hotel reservation to gain an extra priority point.
   3. Upload your certificate of insurance.
