Hotel

IAVM will be using a third party housing bureau. EventSphere will manage all room reservations and questions on behalf of IAVM and VenueConnect in an effort to allow for the most attendees possible to take advantage of our negotiated hotel room rates. A link to book your hotel accommodations will be included with your event registration confirmation. If you are unable to locate your event registration confirmation email please email meetings@iavm.org for the hotel reservation link. 

Hotel reservations are refundable until one week (seven days) before arrival. One week (seven days) before arrival the full cost of the entire length of stay (room & tax) is nonrefundable. 

BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS: IAVM has designated EventSphere as the ONLY housing provider for VenueConnect. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of IAVM and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available.
