We are excited that you are a part of the 2019 NWTF Convention and Sport Show.  Please view the ENTIRE page below as many of your pre-convention questions will be answered.  We look forward to seeing you in February!


What is included:

Booth size is 10’ x 10’.  Standard drapery backs eight feet high; side rail dividers three feet high, booth identification sign, one eight foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket are included in the booth fee. 

Electricity, telephone, internet and carpet are not included in the booth fee.  These services will be offered through the show service contractor in the exhibitor service kit.

2019 Booth Prices:

Initial corner booth - $900.00

Initial inline booth - $800.00

Additional inline booths - $750.00 each

Premium –        Section 1 - $280.00

                        Section 2 - $250.00

                        Section 3 - $170.00

                        Section 4 - $100.00

Please note that a premium is applied in addition to the initial price ONLY if you choose a location in the above sections, which are labeled in our floor paln. The premium is only added once; therefore, if you select a 20x10 space for example, you will only add the premium price once, instead of for each 10x10.

The exhibit hall opens to the public as follows:

Friday, February 15, 2019 from 9 am to 7 pm

Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 8:30 am to 6 pm

Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm

Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the exhibit hall one hour prior to the hall opening to the public.

George Fern Company will e-mail an Exhibitor Services Kit in January 2019.  The kit will include information, ordering instructions, deadlines and rates on the following:

Utilities (Phone, Electricity, Internet) – provided through Gaylord
Inbound/Outbound Shipping
Marshalling Yard Instructions
Set-up/Take-down Instructions
Carpet and Furniture Rental

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS – The George Fern Company is the exclusive provider of exhibitor services for the NWTF.  Additional expense may be incurred by using a tradeshow service company other than the George Fern Company.    



You will receive 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.
Names for badges will be collected January 4 – January 25, 2019. 
Exhibitor badges must be picked up at exhibitor check-in by 5:30 pm on Thursday, February 14th.  Exhibitor check-in will be outside the Exhibit Hall.
Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $15 each at exhibitor check-in on Thursday only. 
If you do not pick your exhibitor badges up by 10 p.m. on Thursday you will have to purchase a day pass on friday to enter the exhibit hall in order to pick up your badges.


Exhibitor badges allow you admission into the exhibit hall only. Tickets and name badges for all other convention events and meals must be purchased separately.  Visit http://www.nwtf.org/special_events/convention.html for more information.



Exhibitors may park for $5 a day in Lot E of the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel and Convention Center.  Shuttles will run from Lot E to the Convention Center beginning at 7 a.m. Friday thru Sunday. 



Showcase your products to over 56,000 hunting enthusiasts in our New Products Display located at the entrance of the exhibit hall. 

This year qualifying donated items will be eligible for Live Product Raffles and Onsite Exposure at your booth.

Exhibitors who receive payment for merchandise or services at their booth at the NWTF convention are required by the state of Tennessee to obtain a permit to conduct business. Exhibitors at the NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue.

Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue.  The tax rate is 9.25%.

NOTICE: ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in an exhibitor booth must be approved by the NWTF. Only Chevrolet vehicles are permitted in the exhibit hall. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact Danny Young, Vice President of Marketing, at (803) 637-7414 or dyoung@nwtf.net



A 2020 exhibitor contract will be included in the exhibitor packet to be picked up on Thursday.
