  • TMHX Series
    * The world's fastest response time of 0.1ms(0.0001s) by using Indium antimonide(InSb).
    * Usable at long distances of 500mm, wide temperature range of 0 to 1350C
    * Usable for small spot sizes down to 0.7mm


    Generally, a thermopile element converts infrared rays into thermal energy first, and then into electrical energy.
    Therefore, its response time is constrained. However, our the TMHX series using indium antimonide(InSb) is able
    to convert infrared rays directly into electrical energy and realizes the world's fastest response time for measuring
    at room temperature (20 ~ 25℃).


    The TMHX series using indiumantimonide(InSb) remarkably improves the stability of measurement compared to
    the previous model, the TMH91, which uses a thermopile element(check the chart below).
    The TMHX series uses a short wavelength 2 ~ 6.8μm, which gets almost twice the emissivity measurement values
    for metals(iron, SUS, chrome, etc.) and realizes more stability in the measurement.


    It is critical to accurately focus on a target in order to get a precise measurement.
    The TMHX series uses "the optical coaxial LED sight" that can emit the visible light to sight on a target for easy


    The TMHX-CS can measure a very minute spot size down to a diameter of 0.7mm. You can choose the target size
    from 0.7mm to 9.0mm for your application.


    The TMHX series uses an aluminium body that improved robustness, heat resistance and chemical resistance
    (compliant with the IP67 rating), equivalent to IP67. The size is approximately 30% smaller than the previous model
    the TMH91. The symmetric design is easy to install in various locations and the new cable has also improved

  • FTKX and FLHX series
    FTKX is a fiber-type thermometer.
    FLHX is a fiberless thermometer....

  • * The sensor head does not have a circuit and not being affected by electromagnetic fields.
    * It is appropriate for adverse environments. (FTKX)
    * The response speed is 0.001 seconds in standard specification. It is also possible to cope with 0.0001 seconds by special order.
    * Measure a very small object
    * The minimum size of φ0.15 mm can be measured.
  • Linear-Sensor Thermometer
    Linear Sensor Thermometer is a multi-point thermometer system....

  •   * The device has 46 sensors in a row. It can measure 46 points at once.  * Possible to measure with 1kHz.1ms per sensor. It is overwhelming speed  compared to 150Hz of other companies' linear-scanner.  * Using the linear-sensor thermometer, it is possible to dramatically  improve defect detection and temperature control at the manufacturing site.
