DOWA manufactures SWIR - NIR (1900nm-700nm), Red (700nm-650nm) and Deep UV (340nm-300nm) LEDs for optical sensors in medical, consumer electronics and industrial applications. These wavelengths are available by bare dice for flexible sensor design in customers.  Capable of handling high voulme production; DOWA has been the LED supplier for sensors in smartphones. Recently DOWA started MWIR (3-5um) LED and PD development targeting for production in 2020.
