We offer lexible circuits ranging from simple single-sided to complex multilayer high density interconnects (HDI) for medical, sensor, test, ultrasound, ultrasonic, anything that requires small, complex, dense packaging. Our portfolio of capabilities includes laser micro-drilling and machining services, (dicing, skiving, routing). We also offer thin film deposition of a wide array of metals, oxides, nitrides and plasma etching.
