Since its inception in 1982 by Chairman of the Board and CEO, Stephen Boucher, Airmar has grown from a niche transducer business to a distinguished forerunner in ultrasonic sensor technology, employing over 400 people worldwide.

In addition, Airmar’s reinforced team of engineers and scientists, coupled with their leading-edge manufacturing capabilities, spurred the design and manufacture of a new generation of high-performance ultrasonic sensing products.
