  • Relative- Absolute Pressure Sensors USC70 & USC30
As the “heart” of pressure gauges, the Ceracore capacitive ceramic measuring cell guarantees cost-efficient, reliable and safe process control in millions of Endress + Hauser pressure gauges and customer-specific applications....

  • The new Ceracore measuring cell offers you even better performance, more flexible adaptations to your application and an application-specific configurability. The new generation of the Ceracore measuring cell ensures reliable measurements and a special degree of stability through:

    • Outside diameter of 17.5 mm (USC30) or 32.4 mm (USC70)
    • Standardized measuring ranges from 0 … 100 mbar to 0 … 100 bar
    • Patented metallic active solder connection of sensor base element and membrane
    • Metallic coating of the sensor base element for improved EMC compatibility and reduced installation sensitivity
    • Made of high-purity ceramic (99.9% Al2O3), highly resistant and chemically neutral to a wide range of process media
    • As a dry measuring cell without the use of oils for pressure transmission, the Ceracore is absolutely vacuum-resistant
    • Highest overload resistance
    • Linearized and temperature compensated output

  • Pressure Transducer UTC30
Make use of the advantages of the ceramic measuring cell in your customized pressure transducer. You have numerous possibilities of combining the measuring cell with customized electronics, housing designs, process and electric connections....

  • Dry capacitive ceramic sensor with high purity (99.9%) Al2O3 ceramic, based on the USC30 measuring cell.

    • High overload resistance
    • Very good long-term stability
    • High corrosion resistance
    • Working range: -20 to +80 ° C
    • Digital / analog signal output (SPI, UART, voltage output)
    • Small size
    • Measuring ranges from 0 .. 100 mbar to 0 … 100 bar
    • Optional temperature output, switching output

  • Radar module UTR30 & Radar sensor USR30
With the free-radiating radar module UTR30, we offer you a real all-rounder, which is particularly suitable for level monitoring in liquids or solids. The radar sensor USR30 is the smallest size of the new radar sensors....

  • With the free-radiating radar module UTR30, we offer you a real all-rounder, which is particularly suitable for level monitoring in liquids or solids. The continuous, non-contact measurement according to the time-of-flight principle enables precise measurement in tanks and silos up to 15m deep as well as the measurement of water levels. In addition, the radar measurement technology is ideally suited to coping with challenges such as movements in the tank, rapid temperature changes or rough weather conditions. The UTR30 is available in various versions from a pure sensor to a customer-specific radar module with a defined electrical interface. The radar sensor USR30 is the smallest size of the new radar sensors. It offers complete functionality of the UTR30, however, without housing and without predetermined, ready-made electrical connection. The output signal becomes digital (UART) output and can application-related to the use in the target application.
