Tekscan’s I-Scan system is a versatile pressure measurement system utilizing patented, thin-film matrix based array sensors. This system includes software, data acquisition handle that performs analog to digital conversion and interface that brings the data into your computer. Tekscan's wide variety of array sensors have patented high spatial resolution (up to 1600 sensels/in2), are readily available in various shapes for different applications, and have pressure ranges from 5 to 30,000 PSI. Some applications include: seating, bedding, tire tread, impact studies, wiper blade, nip/pinch roller impressions, clamp load analysis, gasket and seal.
