Milder that its wild cousin, the renown Buzz Button™, the Kinome leaf has a tender texture with 8-12 micro leaf petals on each stem that can be eaten all at once, or individually with each sip/bite. A bit about LEAVES on the Fresh Origins Farm: Leaves power all plants that we grow so the process of harvesting them takes an expert eye, attention to detail and a lot of love and care. Luckily for us, we have over 25 years of experience harvesting the leaves of plants from across the farm! Our leaves come in a variety of shapes and sizes and have a wide breadth of flavors, aromas and appearances. Leaves can add a familiar botanical touch to dishes, can be a mesmerizing focal point or a perfect flavor point - the possibilities are endless. Since each leaf harvested slightly reduces each plant's ability to grow, these items included as part of our Limited Offering series - available year round but in slightly small quantities that some of our other ingredients.

Calendula Flowers are spectacular centerpieces that come in an array of colors, from white to gold to pinks and purples. They have a stronger center accent and a mild taste and scent, making them perfect as an aromatic cocktail accent.
