Mario's 60-year-old Sicilian family recipe uses only the best natural ingredients including 100% Arabica dark roast espresso, organic Madagascar vanilla and a touch of cane sugar. We handcraft each bottle in small batches with the same love and care my Dad put into every one of his.
Mario’s Hard Espresso® begins with Triple-Distilled, 196-proof Grain Neutral Spirit. It’s pure, super smooth and doesn’t impart an alcohol flavor like what happens in other coffee liqueurs made with low proof vodka, tequila or rum. This allows the rich, delicious flavors of our ingredients to blend beautifully creating a perfect balance. It’s also what makes Mario’s so incredibly versatile as a delicious addition to traditional cocktails, for new creations, or straight over ice--"Originale'" as we like call it in our family.
Mario’s Hard Espresso® was recently awarded a GOLD-95 at the New York Intl. Spirit Awards, GOLD at the Los Angeles Intl. Spirit Awards, PLATINUM at the SIP Intl. Spirit awards, and scored 95 points from The Tasting Panel. Mario's Hard Espresso is currently available throughout CA and NV with plans to expand in 2023.
