In 1987, we began as The Volcano Coffee Company, a small roastery dedicated to offering 100% Kona coffee. Two decades later, we founded Aloha Farms Grow, expanding into coffee growing, processing, milling, and brokering for our Co-op, which includes farms dating back to 1889. Our Kona coffee farms, located on the Big Island’s Mauna Loa slopes, thrive in rich volcanic soil and a tropical climate. To bring our passion to a wider audience, we launched Aloha Farms Hawaii, offering coffee, macadamia nuts, sea salts, and honey, all produced with a commitment to sustainability, conservation, and traceability. Looking ahead, Aloha Farms Café will showcase artisanal, island-grown coffees while providing high-quality, naturally grown products to those who appreciate premium flavors. We also developed Kona Healthy Hapa, our exclusive low-acid, gut-friendly coffee, designed for those who love the taste of Kona coffee but need a gentler option.
