Shizuoka boasts the largest tea growing area in Japan. Thanks to its abundant natural resources, including clean water and a temperate climate, Shizuoka produces the finest and most delicious tea. Besides popular teas such as matcha, with a long history of tea production, we take pride in our Fukamushi (long steam) technology, which creates Sencha tea with a beautiful color and rich umami flavor.
