Our best seller is the super thin full garnish flatbread pizza, we make the crust as well. We also proudly produce French products, including quiches, croque monsieur.

All our products are fast and easy to operate, most can go directly from the freezer to the oven or toaster and ready in less than 3 minutes. Your customer will never believe it was frozen.

In order to produce the best tasting quiches and pizzas (and we know we do), we start with quality ingredients. Most of our ingredients are sourced locally, it’s our way of giving back to the community and making sure we uphold a quality standard we’re proud to stand behind. All of our ingredients are all natural, free from any GMO’s and additives. We’re a family run business, it’s important to us to produce food we can happily share with our friends and family.

  • Olivier Albou is the founder and owner of AyoA Foods. He grew up in France, working for his father’s various restaurant ventures until he eventually opened his first location. After finding success in the restaurant business, he moved onto bigger and better things: Food production. Olivier’s passion for food crossed borders into the US, and AyoA Foods was born! We provide high quality frozen pizzas, quiche, and other delicious, easy to prepare items that are the perfect addition to any hotel, bar, or restaurant menu.

    Our goal is to create high quality products for restaurants, hotels, universities, and other establishments, that are both delicious and nutritious. Based in Los Angeles, has provided the local community with delicious quiches and pizza for the past 25 years. Some of our partners currently include leading supermarkets, wine bars, restaurants, universities, and hotels.
