  • The SCL3400 is Murata’s newest 2-axis inclinometer offering the same level 2-axis performance in one neat 12-pin pre-molded plastic housing that measures 8.6 x 7.6 x t3.3 mm3 as compared to our 1-axis inclinometer (SCA103T). This helps optimize your PCB board space while being able to measure the X-axis and Y-axis tilt.

    The signal processing is done in a mixed signal ASIC with flexible SPI digital interface.

    The SCL3400 provides the best-in-class stability, and offset performance over the device’s lifetime and temperature range with low noise density for high-measurement resolutions.

    A robust design built to have an excellent mechanical shock endurance makes it ideal for use in industrial equipment applications.

  • The SCHA63T is Murata’s competitive 6-DoF component with high level of performance in key parameters like bias stability and noise for a low-cost MEMS solution. Murata’s advance MEMS technology calibrates orthogonality of all measurement axis allowing our customers and system integrator to skip the costly and performance-critical process step.

    This industrial grade sensor features extensive failsafe functions and error bits for diagnostics including internal reference signal monitoring, checksum techniques for verifying communications, and signal saturation/over range detection. Murata’s 3-axis accelerometer’s unique diagnostic feature is the continuous operating self-test function that monitors the sensor during measurement. This patented self-test function ensures that the entire signal chain from the MEMS sensor element movement to signal conditioning circuitry for every measurement cycle is operating properly based on international functional safety standards. It ensures that the customer’s design is cost effective, robust, safe, and verified design.
