Mission Critical Composites (MCC) manufactures critical composite flight hardware for aerospace, defense and commercial space companies in a fully certified NADCAP composites manufacturing environment.
MCC's 62,000 sf headquarters' state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Huntington Beach, CA close to the John Wayne Airport. The company’s core capabilities include manufacturing advanced epoxy and phenolic composite structures and parts with specialization in design, internal composite tooling, hand layup, curing and machining sandwich honeycomb core and laminates with a special emphasis on manufacturing advanced composite structures.
Our manufacturing facility's partial new equipment list includes 8’x30' and 6’x12’ASC autoclaves, a 30' DMS 5 axis router with volumetric compensation and CMM capability including large ovens and a 60' conveyor 9 rotating head grit blaster. This new facility includes 10,000 sf Class 8 hepi-filtered temp and humidity controlled clean rooms, source inspection rooms, 70-person full surround sound film & training theater, 8 shipping deep truck wells including 20,500 cf of zero-degree freezer storage. MCC also provides highly specialized FOD-free plying and kitting services to major aerospace and defense companies using custom built and designed equipment capable of meeting or exceeding the industry's tightest tolerances.
