• WALDRICH COBURG introduces the GEMINI High Rail Gantry (Aug 02, 2019)

  GEMINI is the bridge from our legendary stability to high speed machining. At CMTS 2019 we will preview our upcoming product for 2020.

  

  As a high rail type gantry, our new GEMINI offers a flexible solution, especially for die and mold making. With the GEMINI we cover several machine categories with just one concept. The machine combines roughing at full power with finishing at high speeds and still remains highly accurate due to wear free hydrostatic guides. 

  Our definition of flexibility is heavy-duty cutting with a power to 63 kW and 1,500 Nm of torque and dynamic machining with to 20,000 revolutions per minute: combinable in a machine concept without compromising on stability and availability.
