This new SR-38J model can use a large library of tooling for the manufacturing of very complex parts which have turning, drilling and a variety of secondary operations. In addition, the sub-spindle is also equipped with fixed and live tooling used for finishing back-end of the part overlapping with main operation. The ease of switching between guide bush and non-guide bush mode will facilitate machining of applicable components for best optimization and control of bar remnant. The main and sub spindles use a built-in motor for high indexing accuracy and a rotary cylinder will ensure a stable gripping force when opening and closing the main spindle collet. The SR-38J is designed with flexibility to meet numerous industries and their complex machining needs.
