  • The TMM1NFC is multi-function, multi-scale, multi-voltage with 1 output contact. The quality of the work of panel builders, machine builders and end users will be simplified and improved.


    Programming a timer has never been easier, faster or more precise.
    Thanks to NFC technology, you can set parameters directly from your smartphone or tablet, even without having to power the timer.
    SIMPLER - Programming is extremely simple and intuitive thanks to the graphic interface of the App that shows the diagram of the selected function directly on the display of your phone.
    MORE COMPLETE - 40 functions can be set. From the most common and used, to more particular and sophisticated variants.
    MORE FLEXIBLE - The timer can be powered by auxiliary voltage from 12 to 240 V AC/DC.
    MORE PRECISE - The TMM1NFC is MULTI-SCALE, it can handle times from 0.1 seconds to 999 days. NFC connectivity allows you to set timing values with extreme precision and accuracy, both on short and long scales.
    FASTER - Once the function has been selected, it can be saved and transferred to an unlimited number of timers. This allows a significant reduction in set-up times - especially for series programming - the resetting of setting errors and the repeatability of the operation.
    SAFER - Finally, you can lock the settings with a 4-digit password to prevent tampering with the settings by unauthorized personnel.


    TMM1 NFC can also be used as a counter.

    Regardless of the timing function selected, it is possible to program a threshold on the number of closings of the relay output of TMM1 NFC: when this threshold is reached, TMM1 NFC stops performing the function for which it has been programmed and to restart (with consequent counter reset) it is necessary to turn off and restore power to the timer.

    The current count value can also be viewed at any time in the Lovato NFC App.

    The counter function can be used for different applications, for example counting the pieces passing under a photocell or commanding the activation of a turnstile with limitation of the maximum number of accesses.

    In addition to the counter function, TMM1 NFC also includes the hour counter function, typically used to count the operating hours of a machine and signal the request for maintenance after a certain number of hours.

    The hour counter function differs from the other functions of TMM1 NFC because the count value is stored in memory and kept even with no power. In this way, when the timer returns to being powered, the hour counter starts again to count from the value stored in memory before the power failure.

    The TMM1NFC is cULus approved and is made in a modular container (1 module); it is suitable for mounting on omega 35 mm profile and for screw fixing. On the front side there are 2 signalling LEDs, one for the presence of power and one for the status of the output contact.   • This new product covers applications up to 200A (AC21A), can be actuated directly or used as door interlocks and feature a wide range of accessories for all installation requirements.

    Their power contact control technology, designed for very fast actuation, also enables them to be used in category AC23A without derating.

    It is cULus homologated, compliant with UL98 / CSA C22.n°4 for GL… type disconnect switches and UL 1008 for the GLC change-over switches (coming soon).

    GL disconnect switches feature a compact body, just 162mm wide in the three-pole version. The four-pole version can be made up directly by the client thanks to the supplementary fourth pole (available separately) which, like the neutral and earth terminals, can be installed on both sides of the switch with the 2 included screws.

    The switch disconnectors are designed to offer unbeatable versatility in installation. For instance, they snap onto a standard 35mm DIN rail, with two rubber inserts on the tabs to prevent them sliding along the rail. They can also be mounted to a plate with 4 screws, without any restriction on positioning.

    GLC changeover switch disconnectors are supplied pre-assembled in the three-pole and four-pole configurations and their electrical specifications make them compatible with any application, despite their small size (the four-pole version is just 221mm wide). They can be plate-mounted using screws without any restriction on positioning.

    For both GL and GLC units, the power contact open/closed setting can be seen via the transparent window on the front of the unit itself.

    They can also be fitted with handles (available separately) for direct operation or as door interlocks by installing an extension shaft. All versions have integrated padlock fittings and are IP66 and NEMA 4X. The door interlock handles are available with shaft extensions of various lengths and, to prevent very long shafts interfering with the door itself, an accessory is available which guides the shaft into the handle when the door is closed.

    All door interlock handles are compliant with UL508A, which requires that trained staff can inspect the enclosure when it is live. To enable this, they are equipped with a mechanism to inhibit the mechanical interlock, which makes doors opening possible even when the switch is in ON position. This inhibition mechanism can only be enabled with a tool, to prevent involuntary operation.

    To satisfy every installation requirement, further to the above accessories, a range of auxiliary contacts, terminal covers, phase barriers, terminal lugs and bridge bars is available.

    No tools are required to install these accessories, since they snap on securely so that installation is quick and easy, and access to panel for maintenance is guaranteed.

    The GL and GLC ranges offer a modular solution to rationalise stocks, thanks to their standardised accessories.
