Plastilab Technologies is a contract manufacturer specializing in custom thermoforming and in 3D and 2D CNC machining of plastic and composite parts.
We do from prototyping to mass production but our speciality is short to medium size runs. All customer's tooling are made in-house for better quality control. Our expertise is plastic or composite thermoformed parts used as enclosures, housings or covers for the mechanical or electronic components in industrial, electronics and medical diagnostic equipment. From customer's design, multiple vacuum thermoformed parts are joined to create a single assembly, or outsourced sheet metal and/or machined plastic and composite parts are added to parts used in upper level assemblies.
