  • 64-Trays automated storage Laser Marking Station

    With 64 customizable load trays on 4 columns WH-64-P grants an unprecedented productivity and flexibility: different objects can be processed on each tray, with the possibility of loading and unloading even while operating.
    The system can perform advanced functions such as the unattended work cycle with auto shut-off when the process is completed (Energy Saver), remote monitoring and statistical reporting of the work being performed.
    WH-64-P integrates the Coaxial Vision System (CVS) with a dedicated software for precise centering and automatic part recognition, an interface control that allows the handling of the worked items on each tray even during its operation.

    Laser marking processing for non-standard shapes

    SISMA introduces the three optical axes head for the marking on non-planar shapes and a software for the realization of surface treatment effects.

    New vision system CVS – EVS

    SISMA introduces an innovative vision system able to operate on flat and freeform surfaces. The advanced software developed by SISMA is able to reconstruct a high resolution image of the entire focal range, allowing to position the marking, the engraving or the desired surface effect, manually or automatically, exactly in the required position. Another feature of great interest is the automatic object recognition, which allows an immediate, precise, simple centering limiting the need of jigs and other equipment.

    Laser welding system SWT

    Designed for maintaining and repairing small and medium sized molds, it is characterized by a sturdy structure and a high axes stroke. In the Class I version (closed), SWT can be placed in any production environment, working in complete safety. Regarding the laser sources SWT can be equipped with fiber laser, with undeniable advantages in terms of efficiency and low maintenance, with variable laser powers up to 450W for those interested in a high productivity. The ergonomics that characterizes the SWT systems is suitable both for a long or an occasional use, thanks to the improved esthetic and functional details. The SWT systems are designed to guarantee high performance over time, in addition to fluidity and precision of the movements, which ensure ease of use and repeatability of the result. Even on the software side SISMA implemented some dedicated features, to respond quickly at the many process variables. You can in fact upload the working recipes and archive the process parameters. SWT is a connected system. Using the remote telemonitoring system it is possible to verify and intervene on the system, both for process or service needs, in order to ensure performance and speed of response.

  • SISMA vision systems allow you to access working areas using only a camera and to easily and quickly perform laser marking operations through automatic centering without the need of fixings or jigs.

    CVS - Coaxial Vision System

    CVS potential makes it usable for any marking work but is particularly suitable for the world of plastic molds, where the need to write or machine that cannot be done with drills is combined with the possibility of subsequent processing of the piece itself.  In the world of coining molds or clichés, CVS provides irreplaceable support due to its ease of centering, especially for round objects.

    The system is characterized by:

    • simplicity in centering objects
    • highly accurate (0.02 mm)
    • possibility of subsequent work performed on the piece
    • a simplified and guided procedure for automatic focal mapping (under patent protection)
    • a simple camera calibration procedure completed in 15-30 min without the need of special skills
    • simplified verification and realignment function (with possible correction) between camera and laser (<1 min).

    EVS - External Vision System

    Optimal for laser marking jobs that require fast image acquisition times by accepting more coarse positioning errors (0.2 mm); less accurate but faster than CVS.

    The system is characterized by:

    • image acquisition speed (0.5 s)
    • ease of recalibration (<1 min)
    • ease of model preparation (through the proprietary software "PRISMA")
    • ability to reread a DataMatrix after marking for verification
    • personalization of recognition parameters for each form and preparation of correct fire height to execute the work

    SISMA vision systems may be accompanied by additional software, which can be activated within the "PRISMA" SISMA software.

    V-RING

    V-RING software allows for laser marking of complex shapes on circular figures otherwise unattainable.

    The system works by visually reconstructing the shape of a circular object, allowing for easy centering and subsequent processing. V-RING is an optional module of the SISMA "PRISMA" software and requires the presence of the SISMA CVS vision system.

    • allows for circular rings even when irregularly shaped, facilitating work centering along the object’s entire horizontal progression.

    PATTERN MATCHING

    The PATTERN MATCHING software automatically recognizes one or more shapes, even simultaneously, and allows for consequent alignment and execution of the laser marking process.

    Pattern Matching is an optional module of the SISMA "PRISMA" software and requires the presence of a SISMA CVS or EVS vision system.

  • MYSINT 100, the laser metal 3D printer

    MYSINT100 is a metal 3D printer that exploits the LMF (Laser Metal Fusion) technology. SISMA is offering MYSINT100 also in dedicated configurations as suggested solutions for specific manufacturing markets: jewelry (PM pack), industry (RM pack) and dental (license and dedicated software). MYSINT100 is a user-adjustable system where each machining parameter can be set by the operator: the entire production strategy is fully customizable according to specific needs, objectives and already gained experience.

    The patented Tilting Coater allows for a notable reduction of the recoating time, thus significantly improving productivity. The uniform and stable inert gas flow grants the best melting stability for a perfect laser fusion, while keeping its consumption down to a minimum (patented).

    MYSINT100 can be used to manufacture disruptive new designs that shatter the boundaries of what was feasible before, enhancing creative possibilities and flexibility, opening up to new, exciting scenarios in today’s manufacturing landscape.

    First of its kind, MYSINT100 Dual Laser is one step ahead: a professional metal 3D printer improved with two laser sources. MYSINT100 Dual Laser has been specifically developed thinking of those businesses where on point timing in deliveries does make a difference in gaining efficiency and profits. Thanks to the double laser sources the productivity can be increased up to 80% (compared to MYSINT100).     PM pack (Precious Metals)

    Developed to deliver the highest level of efficiency in terms of material usage. The sealed working chamber, the machine architecture and the dedicated burnable filter allow for total recovery of the unused metal powder.

    Software and hardware solutions are implemented to optimize and reduce the amount of powder needed to manufacture each piece. The software can dynamically determine the optimal quantity of powder supply to ensure the perfect powder deposition for each layer.

    The building cylinders are removable, interchangeable and available in different diameters, which allows for settings to be adjusted to suit material, size and number of pieces about to be manufactured. When creating a unique piece of custom jewelry or trying out a new material, users can switch from the standard 100 mm platform to the smallest set of 34.5 mm and reduce the amount of material loaded, while exploiting the precision of a finer laser spot (30 µm). Having open parameters also means users can experiment. SISMA has already achieved impressive results with precious metals such as white and red gold, silver and platinum.

    RM pack (Reactive Metals)

    An adaptation to the building chamber (Glove Box) allows to safely process reactive metals such as titanium and aluminum, greatly expanding the possibilities of application with those materials that are most popular in the industrial manufacturing sector.

    MYSINT 300, get ready to think big

    MYSINT300 offers the possibility of an increased building volume (diameter 300 mm x h 400 mm).

    MYSINT300 is designed to ensure the best reliability in the production of small series and medium-sized pieces. It is a user-adjustable system where each machine parameter can be set by the end user. The patented Tilting Coater allows for a notable reduction of the recoating time, thus significantly improving productivity: a simple mechanism that ensures repeatability and stability of the process. Thanks to the removable cylinders, the powder recharge is fast and easy while the cycle restarting time is reduced to its minimum. The circular shape of the platform prevents any dispersion of the powder, and the machine comes with a long life dedicated filter, which reduces required maintenance.

    MYSINT300 doesn't need any powder refilling or unloading during the building cycle, even when printing at full capacity for full volume non-stop manufacturing. At the end of the process, the powder and piece unloading can be assisted by an optional unpacking station.
