eXtreme Grind Grinding wheels are made up of a high performance sharp Ceramic grain which allows for extremely fast stock removal. The advanced bonding system is specially engineered to provide long life and a fast grind.

These wheels are made up of a dual layer structure: the grinding layer with aggressive coarse ceramic grains, and the supporting layer for better surface finish and smoother grinding.

The high density, uniform grain structure is self-sharpening, which in turn provides a cooler cut. The resulting faster grinding rate compared to convenional grinding wheels produces a significant labor cost savings. The very long wheel life makes for fewer tool changes and less time spent in preparation.

The eXtreme Grind wheels are the best choice for heavy material removal applications and can be used on steel, stainless steels, and high tensile metails. Maximum performance will result from use on high power machines.

eXtreme Paper Sanding Discs are made up of an open coat premium sharp Ceramic grain on a C-Weight latex paper backing.

The premium sharp Ceramic grain allows for the best sanding results with a consistent finish, lasting 2X longer than conventional sanding discs. The anti-clogging with stearate coating resists loading, allowing the eXtreme Paper Sanding Discs to give you maximum performance relative to cost.

These discs are available in Hook & Loop and Disc on Roll and range between 80 grit and 320 grit. Disc with Tab are available as made to order.
