This flameless and energy efficient reaction is generated utilizing either natural or propane gas.
Each optimally designed oven is pre-programmed with a stand-by-mode. When activated, the heat output drops to its minimal level, allowing for line changes or employee breaks.
With the press of a button, the entire system resumes full production temperature within minutes, saving time and money.

Aluminum profiles for buildings are powder-coated before use. By installing an infrared booster from Heraeus Noblelight in the vestibule of an existing infrared oven, Smart Architectural Aluminum was able to increase the speed of its coating line by 20%. The booster helps to avoid powder carry-over and thus additionally improves the quality of the high-quality aluminum profiles.
