New for the 2021 FabTech show- DG Robot Weld wire packaged by 250 lb drums. Robot wire used for weld overlays for metal to earth, metal to metal wear, severe impact, and high temperature applications. All DG Robot wire available as metal core in 1/16" diameter. Slag Free weld deposits.

QWPB91 Flux Coated TIG rod

A flux coated TIG rod for welding a root pass without a gas backing purge. A 9015-B91 chemistry. The QWPB91 is used for root passes when joining P91/T91 type high temperature pipe used in main steam piping and power generation plants.... More Info Less Info

A 20" TIG wire that has a specially formulated flux coating that allow GTAW welding root passes when an inert gas backing purge is either not possible or not desirable.
