The US Series by Special Springs has been updated from their previous stripped die spring product line to better align with the demands of the North American market.
The US Series is made from a pre-tempered chrome silicon, chrome vanadium alloy, processed with state-of-the-art heat treating and manufacturing equipment. The US Series is painted using Electrophoretic Deposition (E-Coat) which creates a uniform coating on all edges and surfaces allowing the die springs to have excellent resistance to corrosion compared to other coating methods, like more traditional powder coating. Special Springs manufactures all their springs 100% in-house, allowing for complete control of the quality and timeliness of the springs.
