The CLOMEA CRMX70 is a roll bender featuring 3 ground steel shafts mounted on conical bearings, powered by 3 independent electrical motors with high efficiency planetary gear boxes. The lower shafts have five adjustable center-to-center distances from 11 to 37” in order to better adapt to the different structures of the profiles to be bent. These characteristics makes the machine extremely versatile and capable to handle small bending radii while minimizing deformation and the additional torque required to reach the capacity for bending up to 5-1/2” tube, 2-1/2’ square bars or 3” solid round bar. Lateral straightening rollers with the possibility of stabilizing or correcting the bending radius are manually adjustable in the basic versions, or with 2 controlled axes managed by a programmable positioning device, or equipped with 6 software-controlled axes in the most advanced CNC-controlled version. The machine can be equipped with different controls, from manual to high technology numerical.

With its’ compact size, the Garboli LT200 was designed for larger tube OD processing capacities and longer abrasive belt life limiting production downtime. The robust LT200 handles high volume tube finishing production for grinding, buffing and satin finishing of straight tube sections up to 219 mm (8.62 inches) OD.

The Self-Centering Automatic Feed System of the LT200 can process straight and tapered sections of multiple materials including metals (brass, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, etc.) and composites (fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc.). The Feed System will process round, oval, elliptical or irregular profiles making it a versatile finishing machine for any shop.

Offered in both wet and dry versions, the wet unit comes self-contained complete with coolant tank, filter, and recirculation systems. The dry version comes equipped with a 4 1/2” dust collection port to conveniently attach to any stand alone or in-house dust collection system.
