The EdgeBreaker® 6000 is the ultimate machine for uniform deburring, edge rounding and finishing of sheet metal after punching and laser cutting.
Thanks to the rotary brushes, the sheet metal is processed in various directions, thus allowing you to achieve a uniform rounding result on inner and outer contours. If necessary, even up to a 2.0 mm edge radius is possible.
Whether small or large parts, the EdgeBreaker® 6000 is capable of processing a wide range of various materials – if required even plasma-cut parts up to 100 mm (3.94”) thick.
The key to every process is to obtaining uniform results. To avoid irregularities, this deburring machine measures the remaining length of the consumables and automatically compensates for the wear. Thus providing a maximum lifetime for the consumables.
Like all the other ARKU deburring machines, the EdgeBreaker® 6000 also comes equipped with an intuitive user interface. It supports the operator in setting up the machine and also provides helpful tips on operation and maintenance. Therefore providing efficient processing without any errors!
