The three models in the SERIE ICS are capable of constructing, starting from coil, trays for welding wire of the K 300 and KS 300 type (with internal diameter reduction of 52 mm.). Following the first model produced in 1998, 16 machines were constructed in 2012, a notable number when taking account of the high productivity and special nature of the product.
The ICS 1B/8 and ICS 1B/8 CNC models are composed of a SERIE DUE Multislides machine, a mechanical transfer introducer and a welding table of four stations. The ICS 1C/2TS SNC model integrates with that listed above two further Multislides machines, a welding table of ten positions via four anthropomorphic ROBOTs of small size, an anthropomorphic ROBOT palletiser of medium size and lastly incorporates a size control station via video camera.
The three models have a productivity of 100, 200 or 400 spools/hours.
It has been also developed a solution for the BS spools completely automatic with a productivity of 200 spools/hours
