While achieving the industry’s expectations for high-quality machine tools, Cincinnati’s 60-ton servo-motor pump drive AF+ press brake runs fast and quiet and is designed to easily fit into small work areas in your plant.
Small Press Brake Doesn't Just Equal Small Parts
While smaller press brakes are certainly ideal for small parts, this sturdy 60-ton brake will also let you produce mid-length parts such as 40” of ¼” steel or even 72” of 10ga, all without the need for a crowning device.
For parts with tall flanges or setups requiring tall tools, the 60AF+ has ample die space including 10” throat, 11” stroke, and 20” of open height.
Sustainable
While some builders only offer traditional hydraulic oil, CI now offers environmentally friendly Firesafe hydraulic fluids as an option of on all of our hydraulic press brake models.
Software is Key
For fast programming, the 60AF+4 also comes standard with CI’s easy-to-use Bend Sim programming software.
This software allows the operator to draw part shapes or import a CAD file, then simulate the entire bending sequence while checking for part interference, on the machine control, before bending the first piece.
This small machine is fast to setup with a 22” touchscreen and a Job Setup screen with a graphical display of tool locations. The control allows you to attach photos and videos to assist your operator with complex setups.
