ELGi announces debut participation at FABTECH 2022

ELGi North America (ELGi) is making its debut appearance at FABTECH 2022, North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing event. The company will display its compressed air solutions for the metal fabrication industry and celebrate its 10-year anniversary in the North American market. ELGi leadership will be on hand to speak with visitors at booth #A2252. The trade show runs November 8 – 10, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

ELGi will be showcasing an EG45V rotary screw air compressor and an EGRD300 Airmate refrigerated air dryer at its booth. The two machines work together to provide quality, dry air for metal fabrication.
The ELGi EG Series EG45V is a 60 hp variable speed air compressor with industry-leading energy efficiency and reliability backed by lifetime air end warranty and a five-year package warranty. The EG Series is designed on a simple premise, machines that run cooler and cleaner also run longer. That is why the air compressor comes with multi-stage inlet air filtration, a cooler designed to run even in the most extreme ambient conditions, and ELGi’s signature Thermo-Zone layout, meaning that hot zones are separated from cold zones. These technologies provide high-quality compressed air even in the harshest environmental conditions and offer long and trouble-free life with low operation costs, making the EG Series compressors a top choice air compressor for metal fabrication work.
The EG Series also has the lowest oil carryover with its unique OSBIC process (Oil Separation by Impact and Centrifugal action). This enables efficient separation of air and oil in 3 stages, delivering consistent air and free from oil particles with minimum pressure drop. Cleaner air means lower pressure losses and reduced maintenance, which ultimately improves efficiency and productivity.
The ELGi EGRD300 Airmate refrigerated air dryer is designed in an “ALU Dry” module which encompasses both air heat exchanger called pre-cooler and air to refrigerant air heat exchanger. The design ensures cross flow between coolant and hot air thus minimizing pressure drop and maximizing thermal efficiency.
