  • Since 1992, Mill Masters (MM) has offered quality Tube Burst Testers for thin wall tubing. The Testing of a tube’s weld quality by bursting it is especially important. Results can quickly show when the seam integrity is poor, marginal, deteriorating, or good. MM Burst Testers offer a fully automatic tube bursting machine that will help monitor tube weld quality. Just install the tube, close the steel enclosure door, push the start button, & MM’s Burst Tester will do the rest. Most burst testers in the industry require a time consuming tool change process when changing from tube size to tube size, or from one wall thickness to another. MM Burst Testers eliminate time consuming major tooling changes by using quick change jaw inserts for a wide range of tubing. MM offers several Burst Tester Models, all with PLC controls. Deluxe models include programmable pressure ramp up, hold, and digital readout for recording test results for each burst pressure reading.
